The ideal Retail Travel Manager must have experience in management within a travel agent and be passionate about travel.
Travel Retail Assistant Manager Duties:
- Support the Store Manager and lead by example.
- Encourage your team and demonstrate how to generate sales through exceptional service, ensuring you hit and exceed personal and store sales targets.
- Offer advice and guidance to colleagues and identify training needs.
- Be able to create and promote business opportunities within the surrounding areas.
Travel Retail Assistant Manager Essential Requirements:
- Retail management experience within a travel agent is essential.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confidence in coaching and motivating your team.
- A genuine passion for travel.
