Our client is a fast growing and dynamic Business & Leisure Travel Agency who are actively looking to employ a professional and experienced Travel Consultant to join their friendly leisure team. This exciting role entails a wide range of tasks in which no day will be the same, this includes:
- In this role as a Travel Consultant you will be taking enquiries through various, listening to customers requirements, and using your travel knowledge to help them plan their holiday.
- The experienced tailor-made travel consultant shall be selling & creating worldwide tailor-made itineraries to some inspiring destinations
- Arranging trips throughout Europe, Far East, USA, Caribbean, South America, Middle East, Australia New Zealand plus more.
- Up selling travel extras such as insurance, car hire and airport lounges.
- Offering a cutting edge customer service.
- Account managing customers from start to finish.
What are we looking for?
- Must have experience in reservations / sales within a UK based tour operator or travel agency
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Genuine passion for travel.
- Experience of tailor making bespoke itineraries.
- Knowledge of CRS such as Galileo, Amadeus or Worldspan is desirable.
