Our client is a well established and successful Tour Operator that offers its discerning clientele a wide range of holiday types including adventure, tailormade travel, luxury, tours, self drive, honeymoons, city breaks and safaris throughout Asia, Africa, South America, the Pacific plus many more exotic destinations.
Due to expansion they are now seeking an experienced Tailormade Travel Consultant to join its friendly team. The ambitious travel consultant must have experience in travel, creating an inspiring holiday experience in amazing locations.
You shall be rewarded with a lucrative salary, great commission and many benefits in which you will be rewarded for your hard work. This exciting role entails a wide range of tasks in which no day will be the same, this includes:
– Understanding the needs and motivation of prospective clients through verbal interaction to create worldwide tailor-made itineraries as efficiently as possible.
– Following up on existing and new prospects in a timely manner and build relationships and rapport with all enquirers.
– Prepare worldwide travel quotes, process bookings. Work with Product and Sales Support as required.
– Providing a highly personalised and inspirational level of customer service to each individual client sharing enthusiasm and passion for the brand.
To be a cut above the rest, you must
– Possess overseas independent and travel experience in at least four continents (including Asia, Africa and Latin America)
– Experience in tailormaking worldwide travel within a travel agency or tour operator
– Excellent travel selling skills with a passion for travel with the ability to provide a cutting edge customer service
– Experience working with a CRS system such as Amadeus
– Experienced travel consultants with an outgoing, friendly and positive
personality
– Excellent grammar, written skills and attention to detail
– Numerate and accurate
