This travel company offers a wide range of holiday types across the globe to travellers from luxury tailormade travel to adventure packages. This role is ideal for an existing travel consultant from a tour operator or travel agency seeking career development and to work sociable working hours.
Each day will not be the same, duties include:
- Managing and motivating a team of travel sales consultants
- Product training
- Offering a cutting edge customer service
- Building relationships with customers
- Participating in exciting and inspirational FAM trips to increase product knowledge
- Responsible for the delivery and service for all aspects of the reservations process for clients travelling
- Holiday planning, educational / familiarisation trips and staff travel
- Team meetings and 1:1 meetings
- Manage promotions
- Enhance team’s product knowledge and ability to work effectively
- Arrange product training as well as relevant information and training for all ancillary products.
Essential Requirements:
- Must have experience within the travel industry either from a travel agency or tour operator either as a manager, team leader or supervisor
- Able to build a rapport with customers.
- Excellent communication skills
