Each day will not be the same, duties include:
- Inspire, motivate and mentor your sales team helping them flourish and ensure they reach their potential
- Work with your team on their own Personal Development Plans and set goals for progression and achievement
- Delivering results, including driving individual and store targets as well as achievement set KPIs
- Bring new ideas to the table for business growth, driving in-store events
- Lead with exceptional customer service and have a real passion for people.
- Building relationships with customers
- Responsible for the delivery and service for all aspects of the reservations process for clients travelling
- Holiday planning, educational / familiarisation trips and staff travel
To be the cut above the rest:
- You must have travel agency or tour operator experience within sales management
- GDS such as Sabre, Amadeus, Galilio or Worldspan is essential
- Good worldwide product knowledge
- Passionate about delivering excellent service
- ‘Can do’ attitude where nothing is too much trouble
- Excellent communication skills.
