Each day will not be the same, duties include:
- Arranging an array of trips across Finland, Lapland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark plus many more Nordic holidays.
- Providing advice on destinations, excursions and tours across the Nordics
- Researching travel requests to the best standard.
- Offering a cutting edge customer service.
- Ensure quality information is held on clients profiles including their personal preferences.
- Handling any pre or post queries.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience in arranging trips to the Nordics
- Well travelled to the Nordics
- Travel Agent or Tour Operator experience is essential
- People who are passionate about delivering high quality personalised customer support
