Luxury Australia Travel Consultant Duties:
- Creating and designing bespoke trips throughout Australia including various holiday types including honeymoons, adventure travel, multi-centre, escorted tours, tailor-made trips, family vacations and solo travel.
- Communicating with clients via email, phone, and in meetings in the office in which leads are generated by the website, telephone calls, repeat bookings, and referrals.
- Drawing on your own product knowledge and experiences to offer clients the best possible advice.
- Participating in exciting educational FAM trips to increase product knowledge.
- Offering a cutting edge customer service.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience in arranging trips to Australia from a luxury tour operator or travel agency.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills, with an eye for detail.
- Passion for Australia! Please include a travel profile listing all the places visited in Australia.
