To be considered for the role the candidate must be from a corporate travel background ideally with some leisure travel experience.
As Head of Sales, you will take full ownership of the company’s sales strategy and performance. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will shape commercial direction, win key accounts, and drive sustainable growth across corporate travel and events.
Head of Sales Duties:
- Define and deliver a clear, results-driven sales strategy aligned to business growth objectives.
- Position the brand effectively within the corporate travel and events market.
- Drive revenue growth across corporate travel, VIP services, and events.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
- Establish clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Maintain a strong personal presence in key client engagements and negotiations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to support overall business expansion, including international growth.
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience that supports long-term retention and repeat business.
- Drive the next phase of business growth and global expansion.
Head of Sales – Essential Experience:
- Proven experience in a Head of Sales or senior sales leadership role within corporate or leisure travel, ideally corporate.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering revenue growth.
- Experience managing and developing successful sales teams.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to both strategise and execute.
- Strong network and credibility within the corporate travel sector.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
