This exciting opportunity includes an array of tasks in which no day will be the same, this includes:
- The experienced travel consultant shall be creating bespoke and tailormade holidays throughout East Africa, offering advice and recommendations to direct customers, making their holiday dreams come true.
- You shall be arranging flights, luxury hotels & lodges, tours, excursions and up selling travel extras to the discerning clientele, ensuring their trip is memorable from start to finish.
- Offering a cutting edge customer service and using your Africa product knowledge to wow customers.
- Account managing customers from the start of their journey to the end.
- Participating in FAM trips to increase product knowledge.
What are we looking for?
- Travel enthusiasts who have travelled East Africa and passionate about the continent.
- Experience in sales within a tour operator or travel agency
- Excellent communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
