If you have sales experience and travelled extensively to Central Asia & Caucasus or currently a travel consultant looking to enhance your travel career with a dynamic tour operator, this is the role for you.
This exciting Central Asia & Caucasus Travel Consultant role entails a wide range of tasks in which no day will be the same, this includes:
• Developing the Central Asia and Caucasus product to include new destinations and tailor-made products for clients
• Dealing professionally with clients enquiries by phone, email and website.
• Creating inspirational tailor-made itineraries & holidays to Central Asia and Caucasus including Mongolia, Tibet, Uzbekistan, Turkey, Georgia, Romania, Armenia, Bosnia, Albania, Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia and Kosovo.
• Offering a cutting edge customer service and using your travel knowledge to provide recommendations.
• Assisting in marketing activities such as coming up with ideas for new products, special offers and writing short articles for our monthly e-mail newsletters.
• Working with marketing team to come up with ideas for PR and social media ideas.
• Attend Trade shows and functions
We are looking for:
• Experienced travel consultants or professionals with sales experience who have travelled extensively to Central Asia & Caucasus
• Good knowledge of travel geography, itineraries and visas.
• Attention to detail, ability to plan ahead.
• Able to work on own initiative.
• Customer Service capabilities, able to deal with a variety of clients.
• Multi-tasking skills
• Excellent Telephone manner, clear speaking voice.
• Excellent organisation/communication/interpersonal skills.
• Computer Literate.
• Numerate.
• Understanding of what the adventure/cultural traveller wants to experience.
