Travel Consultant duties:
- Crafting and arranging luxury travel across the globe from Morocco to the Bahamas, the list is endless.
- Selling a wide range of holiday types from honeymoons to family trips, all-inclusive to tailormade travel.
- Handle all sales and after sales travel enquiries.
- Identify clients’ needs and propose products that meet the needs and expectations of the client.
- Respond and follow up all clients requests.
- Volunteer product knowledge to enhance the service provided to clients.
- To represent the company at client events.
- Develop product knowledge by participating in FAM trips.
Essential Requirements:
- Similar luxury travel sales experience from a tour operator or travel agent.
- Meticulous to detail.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- The ability to communicate well verbally and written.
