Travel Consultant Duties:
- Arranging bespoke trips overseas from Europe to the Caribbean.
- Delivering cutting-edge, five-star customer service from a client’s first inquiry to their return home.
- Communicating with clients over the phone and via email.
- Calculating travel rates.
- Uploading a range of travel properties and information to the website.
- Processing all associated administrative tasks.
Travel Consultant – Essential Requirements:
- Sales and customer service experience is ideal or a travel graduate
- Passion for the travel industry
- Able to work in the office full time – one a day week from home possible after probation
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent maths skills
