Cruise Sales Consultant – Duties:
- Assist cruise goers by selling unforgettable cruise holidays combining expert cruise advice and personalised booking support with a focus on conversion, repeat business and profitable sales.
- Creating bespoke worldwide cruise holiday packages tailored to members’ clients’ needs.
- Delivering exceptional service from initial enquiry through to booking confirmation.
- Actively following up quotes with members, answering questions and helping turn enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Earning generous commission by achieving agreed individual and team sales targets.
- Delivering exceptional service from initial enquiry through to booking confirmation.

Cruise Sales Consultant – Essential Requirements:
- Cruise knowledge with sales experience
- Happy to work in the office – 2 days a month from home
- Sales driven with a passion for travel
- A confident telephone manner coupled with a proactive approach
- Flexibility and a collaborative team spirit
- Proficiency in keyboard and PC skills, with excellent written and spoken English
- Familiarity with Excel spreadsheets
