Due to expansion, are now seeking an experienced Travel Operations & Sales Consultant to join the team.

Travel Operations & Sales Consultant Duties:
- Managing and converting reservations and bespoke travel enquiries from both direct clients and valued travel agent partners via email and phone.
- Designing and selling tailor-made holiday packages, unique itineraries, and exclusive ground arrangements, with a focus on upselling and creating unforgettable experiences.
- Building strong, lasting rapport with clients, expertly understanding their needs to craft their perfect trip.
- Handling flight and international rail bookings, including ticketing and the seamless preparation of all travel documentation.
- Overseeing end-to-end travel logistics to ensure flawless delivery for every client.
- Negotiating and collaborating with our global network of suppliers, including luxury hotels, expert tour guides, and attractions to secure competitive rates and create truly unique travel experiences.
- Providing key administrative and operational support to the Head of Department, playing an integral role in the success of the team.
Travel Operations & Sales Consultant – Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in travel industry – retail travel agent or tour operator.
- Good IT and Microsoft Office 365 knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills & attention to detail.
- Excellent English language skills – 2nd European languages skills are a benefit but not essential.
- Experience in a similar sales and / or operations role is a huge advantage.
