This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Travel Consultant, Cruise Sales Consultant or Travel Reservations Consultant who wants to develop their career, earn excellent commission and work within a vibrant travel environment.
Cruise & Travel Consultant Duties:
As a Cruise & Travel Consultant, you will speak to customers who are looking to book their next dream holiday, from luxury and tailormade travel to cruises and exciting cruise packages.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound travel and cruise enquiries from customers
- Selling a wide range of cruise holidays and travel packages
- Making reservations with leading cruise companies and travel suppliers
- Converting enquiries into confirmed bookings and maximising sales opportunities
- Using your cruise and travel product knowledge to recommend the perfect holiday
- Upselling excursions, upgrades and ancillary travel products
- Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the booking journey
- Building strong relationships with customers and encouraging repeat business
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and commission opportunities
