This is an exciting role ideal for a Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager with experience in the travel industry within a tour operator or travel agent.

Travel Reservations Manager Duties:
- Support the Reservations Manager in the effective day-to-day running and management of the Reservations Department.
- Promote and drive sales to support marketing campaigns, airlines of the month, cruise lines of the month, preferred airlines and key suppliers.
- Support the achievement of monthly revenue, commission and land targets, whilst ensuring consistently high levels of customer service.
- Assist in coaching and developing the Reservations team to ensure best practice in sales and performance.
- Through your own self-development and training, maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and industry developments.
Travel Reservations Manager – Essential Requirements:
- Management experience within the travel industry for a tour operator, such as a Travel Sales Manager, Team Leader and/or Supervisor, is essential.
- Customer and Travel Agent focused.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent product and system knowledge, including Amadeus, Travelport, Vibe and Dolphin.
- Ability to create a team culture that thrives on making improvements to the service provided.
