Luxury South East Asia Travel Designer – Remote UK or Asia £30k-£34k + comm (PTR 6031)
Platinum Travel Recruitment are collaborating exclusively with a luxury travel company that offers a range of travel types across Southeast Asia including Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam. Due to growth, we are now seeking an experienced Luxury South East Asia Travel Designer, working from home (UK or Asia based)
The experienced Luxury South East Asia Travel Designer shall be tailoring high-end, custom itineraries focused on off-the-beaten-path adventures and deep local cultural immersion across South East Asia.
Luxury South East Asia Travel Designer – Duties:
- Itinerary design across South East Asia for clients.
- Supporting UK / EU trade training, webinars, and partner education programmes.
- Representing in agency visits and business development activity.
- Providing structured market insight and feedback to leadership on partner
- opportunities and client expectations.
- Working with an experienced operations and sales support team who support your proposals.
- Establishing relationships with leading Southeast Asia suppliers and properties.
Luxury South East Asia Travel Designer – Essential Requirements:
- Polished client handling experience.
- Several years of experience in luxury tailor-made travel sales, high-end touroperating, or DMC sales for South East Asia is essential.
- A proven track record of converting premium inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a natural ability to build confidence on the page.
- Excellent commercial judgment, including experience with pricing, margin, deposits, and conversion management.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to balance creativity with accuracy
- Able to work on a self employed basis.
