Senior Travel Operations Executive – Remote UK – £36k-£45k + perks (PTR 6026)

Platinum Travel Recruitment are collaborating with a fabulous travel company that offers tailormade travel globally. Due to growth now seeking an experienced Senior Travel Operations Executive, remote working (UK) or hybrid based in London.

The experienced  Senior Travel Operations Executive shall be ensuring every clients trip runs seamlessly, from the moment a booking is confirmed to when the traveller returns home.

Senior Travel Operations Executive Duties – Each day will not be the same:

• Act as a senior point of contact within the operations team, managing complex travel logistics, resolving challenges, improving processes, and supporting the wider team to deliver seamless
• Manage live situations calmly, identify opportunities to improve the traveller experience, and help build scalable operational processes.
• Manage the end-to-end operational delivery of trips, ensuring all trip details are accurate, complete, and delivered to nemo standards.
• Review and maintain booking notes, ensuring key traveller information.
• Work closely with suppliers to confirm services, manage changes, and ensure smooth trip execution.
• Manage post-trip operational follow-ups.
• Support the development and improvement of product, processes, and operational standards.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members and sharing knowledge.
• Build strong relationships with global partners and suppliers.

Senior Travel Operations Executive – Essential Requirements

• Extensive experience in travel operations or sales with an established UK based bespoke luxury travel company – imperative.
• Strong operational capability with experience managing complex itineraries, suppliers, and traveller requirements end-to-end.
• Exceptionally organised with outstanding attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple complex trips simultaneously.
• A clear and confident communicator who builds trusted relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
