We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Africa Customer Operations Executive to join a forward thinking travel company that offers a wide range of holiday types throughout Africa.

This exciting africa operations opportunity is ideal for a sales support, customer service or administration professional from a tour operator background with knowledge of Africa.

Africa Customer Operations Executive Duties:

• Once a customer has booked their trip ensure they have the best possible experience.
• Support the sales team throughout the customer journey and be the primary contact for customers from the point of booking until their return.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team and our international partners to support our customers, provide them with everything they need for their upcoming adventures, and ensure everything runs smoothly on the ground.
• Look after our customers from the moment they book a trip until they have returned home.
• Arranging surprise gifts/add-ons during their trip, sharing tips and advice they won’t find online, or spearheading new customer service initiatives.

Africa Customer Operations Executive – Essential Requirements:

• Customer service, sales support or administration experience within the travel industry is essential with excellent knowledge of Africa.
• People person with a natural ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.
• Extremely high attention to detail. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our customers have everything they need for their (often complex) adventures across Africa.
