Due to remarkable growth, we are now seeking an experienced Travel Product / Connectivity Manager to join a highly successful travel technology company, working remotely.
This successful travel company work hard to innovate, iterate and provide the best possible technology to its clients. The ideal candidate will:
- Oversee and manage the integration of new suppliers and work with the sales team to ensure the seamless adoption of the system.
- Provide the connection between the technology team, and internal stakeholders, and third-party technology and commercial teams.
- Manage the performance of all connections including new builds, rebuilds, upgrades, day-today success rates, access to inventory, rates, rate plans, content and availability.
- Work proactively with sales and fulfilment areas to optimize conversion rates.
- Develop and maintain strong mutually beneficial, long-term strategic relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing product executives and data analysts.
- Making recommendations to drive differentiated customer experience on distribution channels including white label, B2B site, app.
- Proven background in a travel product management and connectivity role
- Excellent command of SQL, Excel, Hadoop, Kibana, XML and data modelling
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly supplier-focused, friendly and team orientated
- Numerate with strong commercial acumen
- Ability to prepare and present well
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Leadership and management skills
