We are seeking an experienced Travel Customer Services Executive to join our clients busy and friendly team, due to remarkable growth. This tour operator various luxury holiday trips across the globe for travellers. This role is ideal for an experienced Customer Services Executive from a tour operator background, seeking something a little different, career progression and generous benefits.

The successful candidate will be passionate about travel, an enthusiastic individual with exceptional writing skills. You should be driven by resolving customer complaints and enhancing the customers’ travel experience.

Please note that this role heavily involves writing letters to clients, so you must submit a cover letter that outline why you want to be a Customer Services Executive in order to be considered.

Each day will not be the same, your career begins here! Duties include:

  • Discussing issues raised by our customers with relevant departments.
  • Responding to customers in writing within the targeted time frame.
  • Working closely with the Head of Customer Services and the team to analyse and investigate issues arising from customer feedback before responding clearly and comprehensively.
  • Assessing levels of compensation with the Head of Customer Services and process refunds.
  • Improving customer feedback process where necessary.
  • Answering queries and write letters for insurance claims.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experienced customer service executive from a tour operator background.
  • You’re a customer service champion who handles client complaints with grace and diplomacy.
  • Your grammar and written communication skills are unparalleled
