This dynamic and well established specialist tour operator offers various high quality tours, tailor-made travel, Disneyworld, villas, hotels, twin centres, fly and cruise, city breaks and multi centre travel, across the globe for travellers.

Each day will not be the same, duties include:
- Manage the resolution of customer complaints, within given timescales and be the first point of contact for all customer related issues.
- Resolve product or service problems by determining the cause of the problem and selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the query.
- To be an effective communicator and ensure all complaints are acknowledged in a timely manner and customers are kept information throughout the complaint process, maximising customer satisfaction and ensuring full communication at all times.
- Similar experience within the travel industry in customer service within a travel agency or tour operator.
- Ability to use World & Excel
