We are seeking an experienced Travel Customer Care Manager to join a highly successful travel bespoke travel company due to remarkable growth. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a team leader, manager or supervisor from a retail travel agent or tour operator seeking something a little different in which progression and perks are on offer.
The Customer Care Manager is responsible for the overall management of the Customer Care department, to develop and enhance first class service and support to travellers. They will lead, motivate and develop the team to support the continued improvement of customer experience.
Travel Customer Care Manager Duties:
- Manage, lead, and motivate the customer care team.
- Continually review and implement improved processes to ensure efficiency whilst maintaining high levels of service.
- Identify areas of development and skill gaps to support the personal development of the Customer Care team.
- Work with team leaders to establish a daily analysis and reporting of remote workers individual and team productivity.
- Collaborate with Overseas & Operations Manager to co-ordinate response to any operational crisis.
- Experience in a similar managerial role within the travel industry is imperative.
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills with the ability to build good working relationships at all levels.
- Excellent people management and leadership skills with a desire to help others grow and develop their knowledge.
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills with a good eye for detail.
