Responsibilities for this exciting travel role is to provide customers with a first class service which we can be proud and to build a rapport with clients to secure customer loyalty. You shall be arranging flights using CRS, arranging European worldwide luxury hotels, cruises and travel extras to clients over the phone, sometimes face to face and via email.

Previous travel experience is imperative to be considered for this role, either call centre, dynamic packaging, retail travel agency, business travel, or tour operator experience with good worldwide product knowledge. The experienced travel consultant should be passionate about travel with the ability to provide exceptional customer service be self-motivated and driven.
