Your career begins here, duties include:
- Lead the Sales team ensuring they are equipped to meet team and individual KPI’s
- Work closely with Head of Operations and Client Care to ensure smooth running of the business
- Plan, develop and implement sales strategies, incorporating annual sales and commercial plans
- Work closely with marketing to agree future marketing initiatives to increase enquiries
- Performance management of sales team including sickness
- Coach team members to develop outstanding performance
- Identify, develop and implement training and development needs
- Recruitment for sales
- Develop and manage induction programme for new team members
- Must have sales management experience within the travel industry.
- Experience of developing and implementing sales plans and setting sales goals and quotas
- Experience of leading and managing high performing sales teams including evidence to support sales performance
- Experience of working in educational and group sales
- Able to build relationships and work across teams
