This is a great opportunity for a senior team leader, supervisor, sales or customer service manager from a luxury tour operator seeking something a little different in which you will be rewarded for your hard work.
Your career begins here, duties include:
- Ensure excellent management of the team’s bookings from initial enquiry to return home and next booking.
- Team management – recruitment, training and mentoring performance management.
- After sales service – manage guest feedback and encouraging further bookings and loyalty.
- Provide input as required into planning of accommodation and other product areas (ground handlers), to include selection and pricing thereof.
- Performance management of the team to include training, KPIs and regular reviews.
- Contribute towards the marketing of holidays by maintaining website pages and helping with other aspects such as PR and promotional campaigns.
- Motivate, engage and inspire your team to deliver in a fun and educational environment.
- Sales management experience with the travel, industry is essential ideally within a luxury travel environment
- Understanding of luxury service, guest expectations is key
- Must have strong coaching and motivating a team experience Within the travel industry.
