This is no ordinary travel retail sales manager role…. No day will be the same, tasks include:
• The experienced store manager shall drive the small team to deliver ambitious sales targets.
• Assist with customers to once in a lifetime travel experience from luxury Caribbean & Indian Ocean beaches to African Safaris, Off the Beaten Track to honeymoons – the list is endless!
• Working within a friendly team, in state of the art luxury modern retail outlet.
• Locating innovative ways to market the brand and increasing business with attention grabbing events.
• You shall be involved with recruitment, hiring, appraisals and interviews.
• Develop the team, so they can deliver the in-depth product knowledge and constantly surprise and delight customers.

To be the cut above the rest you must…
• Supervisory or management experience within a travel retail store is a must
• Experience in bursting targets, inspiring travel teams and driving new business initiatives.
• A marketing guru, entrepreneur and people manager all rolled into one.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ideally have CRS/ GDS flight experience, however training will be provided on this.
• Inspiring leader keen to progress and excite customers.
