We are seeking an experienced Receptionist and Office Support to join our clients friendly and professional team. Our client is a successful travel company spanning business travel, event management, sports tours, group travel and leisure holidays.
Your career begins here, duties include:
- Lead the internal company social committee in organising fundraisers, staff events and other employee-focused activities.
- Participate in the company wellness committee to create, implement and promote initiatives to that help improve the wellbeing of our clients people.
- Answering the main Company telephone and diverting calls appropriately in a timely manner. This includes taking messages when appropriate.
- Responsible for meeting and greeting guests at reception throughout the day.
- Looking after the Company’s central e-mail inbox.
- Managing all meeting room bookings effectively for the office.
- Co-ordinating employee Lunch and Learn Sessions.
- General administrative support to the HR Manager.
Experience in a similar role with reception and general office support is essential for this role.
