This exciting Luxury Travel Sales Manager role includes a wide range of tasks in which no day will be the same, this includes:
- Joining a team of travel professionals offering the discerning client excellent service and range of resorts within India, Australasia and North America team.
- Leading the sales team with drive, energy and urgency to ensure maximum sales are extracted from the available leads
- Effectively manage the performance of consultants with the team ranging from new starters to high performers
- Provide sales training and constant support to the Travel Specialists and ensure their product knowledge is continually up to date
- Ensuring travel enquires in a timely and efficient manner.
- Focusing on the management, development and motivation of the travel team
- Representing the company in travel events
What are we looking for?
- A driven travel sales manager from a tour operator or travel agency
- Extensive experience travel sales and leading a team
- Good knowledge of India, Australasia and North America.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
