Travel is finally back !! We are seeking a cool, calm and collective Bespoke Travel Consultant to join our fun and friendly team, who is passionate about travel and service. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing sales of luxury travel across the globe always providing a high level of customer service.
Bespoke Travel Consultant duties:
- Selling an array of travel types across the globe from wine tasting to beach holidays, villas and family travel.
- Provide travel advice and promote the brand.
- Maintaining statistical and financial records.
- Providing feedback and proactively contributing to team performance.
- Property inspection visits in the UK and abroad – yup, you get to travel as soon as we are able to once more!
- Dealing day to day with customer queries.
Requirements:
- Experience in arranging travel from a travel agent or tour operator.
- An insatiable appetite for sales & impeccable customer service.
- Outstanding people skills and an impressive client focus to build lasting relationships with partners and customers
- Strong communication skills that allow you to inform, help and advise customers clearly and in a manner that make clients feel loved.
- A high standard of both written and spoken English is essential.
- A passion for boutique and luxury travel.
Ideal but not essential….
• Fluency in French, Spanish, Italian.
