Our client is a well established and high-end luxury travel agency who are now seeking experienced Bespoke Retail Travel Consultants to join its busy team. This award winning luxury travel agency offer a range of 4-5 star tailormade itineraries throughout Europe, USA, South America, Caribbean, South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand to its discerning clientele.
The experienced luxury travel consultant shall be arranging bespoke luxury tailormade itineraries using CRS and processing all reservation enquiries from direct clients in a timely efficient manner face to face and over the phone. You shall be managing the customer from beginning to end and offering excellent customer service from start to finish. Along with preparing client travel documentation, you shall be up selling travel ancillaries such as car hire and airport lounges. The ability to provide top customer service is a must for this position. Worldwide product knowledge is a must with the ability to switch sell and provide recommendations.
For this exciting opportunity, you must be from an independent travel agent background or luxury tour operator and fully conversant with CRS with a passion for luxury travel. You must have excellent communication skills and attention to detail with good worldwide geographical knowledge.
