Each day will not be the same, duties include:
- You will be fulfilling leisure travel requests on behalf of high net worth travellers, including luxury journeys, complex flight itineraries covering several destinations, events, party planning, restaurants, European beach holiday packages, worldwide tailormade holidays and straightforward hotel bookings worldwide.
- Researching travel requests to the best standard.
- Offering a cutting edge customer service.
- Ensure quality information is held on clients profiles including their personal preferences.
Essential Requirements:
- Fluent in spoken and written English and either Norwegian, Swedish, Finish or Danish is imperative
- Travel Agent or Tour Operator experience is essential
- People who are passionate about delivering high quality personalised customer support
- People who can use their initiative and creativity to best meet the needs of travellers
- Proven track record in European leisure sales as well as worldwide itineraries.
- GDS experience is essential such as Galileo, Sabre or Amadeus
