We’re on the hunt for an experienced European Travel Sales Consultant to join our clients friendly, award winning and busy team. Our client is a well-established and dynamic bespoke tour operator, due to success and expansion seeking passionate luxury travel consultants who have travelled and sold inspiring tailor-made trips throughout Europe. This exciting European Travel Specialist role entails a wide range of tasks in which no day will be the same, this includes:

• Creating unique and luxury travel experiences that will inspire and astound travellers
• Working closely with the marketing and product teams to share ideas that will keep our clients brand and product range fresh.
• Working with suppliers and pricing trips to ensure competitiveness from a value perspective.
• Booking various holidays types from honeymoons, stylish family holidays, city breaks, beach holidays, tailor-made travel, luxury holidays, plus many more
• Arranging trips throughout Greece, Cyprus, Turkey, Canaries, Croatia, France, Iceland, Scandinavia, Portugal, Montenegro and Italy.

To be considered for this role you must…
• Possess luxury tour operator experience tailor-making and creating itineraries throughout Europe
• Have the drive to succeed in within sales by delivering world-class levels of service and a highly personalised approach.
• Great relationship-building skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and understand their ideal travel experience
• Extensive European destination knowledge and the passion to continually stay on top of ‘what’s hot and what’s not’ in your specialist areas in order to ensure we are offering our clients genuinely cutting-edge advice.
• Understanding and experience of using a CRS / GDS for flight bookings such as Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre or Worldspan
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure that all trips sold are executed perfectly on the ground and that all client correspondence is of the highest possible standard.
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills throughout the booking to offer the best customer service before, during and after the trip.
• Enthusiastic phone manner to excite clients about potential or future trips.
