Your career begins here, duties include:
- Using your knowledge to sell a wide range of hotels and activities. This could be from the breath-taking lakes of Northern Italy to the rolling vineyards of France, family-friendly beach hotels in Greece and stunning yachts in Croatia, stretching all the way to the rolling Saharan desert in Morocco.
- Combining your passion for travel with your invaluable first-hand knowledge of Europe and Morocco to create unique and bespoke itineraries that meet the individual needs of travellers.
- Support all marketing initiatives including brochure production, website management, email campaigns, PR and promotional events
- You shall be looking after some of our clients most loyal guests, advising them on holiday options to tailor perfect holidays for them.
- Offering excellent customer service and travel inspirations.
- Build a strong relationship with guests and develop an in-depth knowledge of them and their travel needs.
- Involvement within product and marketing.
Essential requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of some geographical regions, climates and the luxury travel market
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Previous experience of working in luxury travel either within a tour operator or travel agent
