The exciting cruise travel consultant role entails a wide range of tasks, this includes:
- Creating bespoke cruise itineraries and packages for the discerning clientele
- Professionally handling inbound telephone and email enquiries
- Maximize all sales opportunities by offering port transfers, upgraded cabins and other related ancillary products.
- Offering advice and recommendations for cruises to customers
- Offering a cutting edge customer service
- Participating in cruise ship visits and FAM trips to increase product knowledge
We will be looking for the following skills:-
- A passion for cruises with experience selling cruises working from home or from the office is essential
- Exceptional customer services skills with excellent knowledge of cruises
- Excellent telephone manner and listening skills with the ability to anticipate customers’ needs
