Ideal for an experienced Business Travel Consultant looking to work from home Monday to Friday office hours. This dynamic travel company offers an array of travel services across the globe to corporate travellers.
Duties include:
- Arranging and creating corporate travel and offering a cutting edge customer service.
- Booking a range of travel services including flights, hotel, rail, events, meetings, travel extras etc.
- Booking specialist fares along with crafting a range of itineraries across the globe.
- Using GDS to secure flights.
- Communicating requests in a positive and friendly manner.
Essential requirements
- Experience in business or leisure travel.
- GDS experience is essential.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills who can deal with clients over the phone, emails and other channels such as webchats and social media.
