Each day will not be the same, duties include:
- Handling and processing bookings queries from clients, suppliers and collaborating departments.
- Dealing with clients, hotels and other suppliers.
- Offering a cutting edge customer service.
- Dealing with amendments, cancellations, special notes and travel arrangements
- Handling problems on the spot, visa support letters, other related booking processes along with complex cases.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience in the Travel Industry is a must and a background knowledge in Operations/Reservations either from a hotel, travel agency or tour operator
- Able to prioritise the jobs, attention to detail, multitasking
- Fluent in Google mail, Word and Excel processes
- Fluent spoken and written English, a European language would be an advantage
- Immaculate telephone manners and communication skills
- Outgoing personality and confidence.
