Our client is a successful and dynamic elite travel company that offer a range of bespoke itineraries across the globe. Due to remarkable growth now seeking an experienced Client Relations Customer Service Manager to join its friendly and busy team.
This role is ideal for a travel professional from a retail travel agency, airline or tour operator with customer service management experience looking for something different.
Your career begins here, duties include:
- Be the first point of call for all formal complaints and issues raised by clients following their holidays.
- Oversee, track, investigate and respond to all post-booking guest questionnaires containing adverse or negative feedback and action accordingly.
- Building effective relationships with DMCs to ensure effective resolution of any potential clients.
- Make sure excellent customer service is maintained.
- Investigate all complaints with the Product Team to ensure fast resolution and there is continuous improvement.
- Manage compensation budget and reclaims from suppliers.
- Respond to all TrustPilot reviews online.
- Similar experience within customer service management within the travel industry from a travel agent, luxury tour operator or airline.
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Have the gravitas and composure to deal with difficult client situations
- Knowledge of ABTA regulations and/or package travel regulations would be enormously beneficial
