You will be working with our clients kitchen brigade and help maintain this establishments great reputation to create fantastic dishes which reflect our clients brand and ethos. They offer an array of imaginative dishes using the freshest of ingredients from around Norfolk.
Duties of Chef de Partie includes:
- Day to Day running of sections within kitchen.
- Maintaining the reputation and high standards of the kitchen.
- Preparing and cooking fresh produce.
- Working with a friendly team.
Requirements:
- Candidates should be good all rounders with a knowledge of all sections of the Kitchen.
- Experience in an AA rosette property or from a 4 star hotel is a significant bonus.
- A passionate attitude and a keen willingness to develop skills.
