B2B Travel Sales Executive Duties:
- Using your charismatic personality to build relationships with clients including hotels, event firms etc.
- Sourcing group business including tours, attraction and travel experiences.
- Attending Networking events.
- Training clients on new and existing products.
- Sourcing new business from the hotel concierge and ticket agents.
- Proactively driving ideas to help increase sales.
- Monitoring competitor activity.
Essential Requirements:
- Travel sales experience (ideally B2B but would consider B2C)
- Well organised, with a planned approach and an ability to prioritise
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Self-motivated and good at problem solving
- Excellent numeracy skills / experience of cash management
- Strong Presentation skills
- The ability to negotiate according to guidelines.
