We are seeking an experienced Air Support Assistant (ticketing) to join a luxury travel company working remotely. This highly successful travel firm offers an array of luxury travel across the globe.
In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for the issuing of Airline tickets within Galileo. You will work as part of a team to complete administrative tasks, along with supporting the wider business on Air queries.
Air Support Assistant Duties:
- Issuing tickets in a timely manner
- Managing ticket deadlines
- GDS queue management
- Loading contracts
- Actioning EMD’s
- Dealing with requests to issue Tickets
- Dealing with requests regarding changes and refunds
- General support on Air queries
- Supporting Operations and Duty officer with in-resort queries
- Assisting airline accounts
- Ticketing experience within a tour operator, business travel or airline, preferably Galileo however cross training provided if have experience in using Amadeus or Sabre.
- PC Literate, with good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
